Mine is a natural method used for over 30 yeas of teaching English and other languages.
From the very start of my career both as a student and later as a teacher, being unsatisfied with the established methods, I have developed my own method of teaching foreign languages to young children as well as to grown-ups which I practised at schools, universities, language courses. In 1993 I founded Multi-Language Theatre "FIESTA", where both children and grown-ups can acquire 2 or 3 foreign languages simultaneously.
Seven textbooks published, among which five Chinese language textbooks after travelling and teaching in China.
My method "Language As a Textual Gesture" stresses the importance of the natural way of acquiring a foreign language similar to how children or immigrants do: they never study anything, they just pick up a language.
Language is to be acquired, not taught or learned. Acquisition is subconscious, while learning is conscious. One cannot use conscious learning, whereas during the natural subconscious way of acquisition you just forget that is another language.
To succeed in such linguistic activities does not require any extraordinary efforts or exceptional talents, brilliant memory or special time, and thus is extremely pleasant for everybody.
So without being aware of it you can be picking language skills while just entertaining yourselves. Saving your time and sparing your nerves, the process ensures quite unbelievable and otherwise unachievable progress in acquiring a foreign language, raising your self-esteem to quite Freudian therapeutical levels.
