Mr. Rondinelli has over 24 years of comprehensive project and construction management, pre-construction, cost estimating, business management, planning, scheduling and project cost/schedule control experience. His qualifications include claims and change order analysis, preparation of fixed-cost proposals, cost-plus contracting, self-performed work productivity tracking and analysis, progress payment billing preparation and review, change order pricing and negotiations, direct and in-direct cost analysis, lump sum, design-build and integrated project delivery method contracting as well as Critical Path Scheduling (CPM) development, updating, reporting and analysis. Mr. Rondinelli is also familiar with sustainable design and building practices that can be implemented and documented for use in obtaining US Green Building (USGBC) LEED Certification. Mr. Rondinelli is a speaker and author of several college level courses and guest lecturer in construction estimating, project management, statement of work development, leadership and cost control. He is also proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner (P3), Microsoft Project, On Center’s On-screen Take-off, Prolog and Microsoft Office software products.
