Winston C.Trumpet is happily married to Minister Vancy Trumpet his wife of 20+ years; they have 3 adult children Aishah, John and Winston II who is a US Marine serving in Iraq. Aishah has blessed them with 3 beautiful grand kids, 2 granddaughters Shyla, Taliah, and a grandson Torrance.
Winston is dedicated to assisting leaders of nonprofits,small business and religious organizations achieve their highest possible level of excellence and effectiveness through Coaching.
He is a recognized master coach, workshop & group facilitator, educator, program developer and motivational speaker.
Winston is certified in the Strategic Mindset Coaching Process which is a proprietary program of the Growth Coach Franchise. He holds a BSBA from SanFrancisco State University and is the Senior Pastor of Trumpet Family Ministries “The Church with No walls” of Jersey City NJ.
In his Seminars, Workshops, and personalized training classes, he uses a unique blend of experiential teaching and motivational speaking providing dynamic learning opportunities for attendees focusing on the areas of communication, personal effectiveness, goal setting, organizational change, diversity, employment readiness, living skills, substance abuse prevention, and more.
Since 1996, Winston has been speaking and facilitating programs (for groups and individuals) in the tri-state area as well as coaching managers, executives, and front-line employees at top companies and government organizations.
