This is an introductory session on Financial Management for executives working in Non Finance departments of companies.
The objective of this course is to familiarize learners with the basic financial concepts, provide an overview of the financial statements and empower them with ability to better manage the finances of their company. The concepts are presented in a simple manner and are easy to understand.
