Henrique Moura is a certified project management professional (PMP), with a degree in economics, a postgraduate in project management and a postgraduate in information management. He holds considerable experience as a project manager, trainer and consultant. His experience as a project manager is wide crossing industries such as IT, automobile manufacturing and ship repairing. He often managed complex projects with large implementation teams, multiple vendors and budgets over 10M.
Henrique Moura has a strong international experience delivering project management training for companies such as EADS, DHL and GEFCO. At national level, he has been working for some of the most prestigious companies. As a PMP instructor he has accumulated thousands of training hours.
He also acts or acted as lecturer for several universities and institutes, including Nova Business School, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, UAL, ISLA, Militar Acedemy,INA and ISEP.
In 2012 he was a speaker in the Project Management Institute international congress in Marseille with a presentation on "dealing with troubled projects". In 2011 he was a key note speaker for the Project Management Institute - Portugal Chapter conference. He has worked for PMI as an evaluator for the 2011 Project Management Literature Award - PMI David I. Cleland. He was also a member of the team developing the Standard for Program Management – Second Edition
