Why it is important to go by OSHA regulations?

The legal aspects of constructing a building are often overlooked and underestimated. Thus many a times, project managers and engineers find themselves in court for liability suits due to injuries or even serious charges like manslaughter due to negligence; not following procedures and not adhering to OSHA regulations. Preparing and using the correct legal documentation is also not always understood and mistakes in contracts can lead to loss of money and even prolonged and legal battles.

This course has been designed for the following people:

  • Persons within the building industry, currently conducting work on any single to multiple storey building, not limited to shopping centres and office apartments
  • A private building contractor and sub-contractor
