This is an Introductory course and will cover the basic English language structures and vocabulary that will help in better management at retail shops. The vocabulary and structures are concerned with the contents, appearance and activities in supermarkets or smaller shops, wholesaling and retailing,deliveries and dealing with customers. There will also be room for plenty of questions and answers, practice and encouragement to work outside the lesson time.
The course is designed to run once a week over 4 weeks.

Certification:
