Learn how to speak in English (American) on the phone!
There are times (emergency, receptionists etc.) when you have to speak on the phone. This course will help you for situations like these.
In 1 LIVE interactive online class, you will learn how to speak on the phone, while making a call or receiving a call.
The class will begin with an introductory video from You Tube. Telephone vocabulary and phrases will be taught and practiced through out the class.
Course instructor will correct your pronunciation as you speak LIVE in this class. Also, 3-5 questions concerning the students experience with telephoning will be discussed at length. Grammar study, as recommended by the instructor, will be a self- paced activity with instructor overview.
Also, you learn new vocabulary in specific contexts. Course will be an asset especially for second language learners as they will get to practice conversational skills with an American native English speaker.
Course instructor is experienced with using a wide variety of teaching aids as well as motivational strategies to promote active learning. She utilizes results based strategies and techniques to plan and implement lessons and activities.

During her years as an instructor for Henrico and Chesterfield Counties’ Public School Systems, she has changed the lives of many students by empowering them.
