Learn to make optimum use of Microsoft Excel from this Award winning course instructed by Jorge Tito-Izquierdo, Ph.D. P.E!
The course was awarded with the best use of Technology in the University!
If you are an entrepreneur, manager, team lead, marketing and sales professional or work with the business intelligence team, you would have got several sets of data in Excel. You would also need to perform analysis on that data.
This course starts by providing you a solid foundation in Excel. We will go beyond what you might have picked up from using Excel yourself. For instance, we will cover functions, data manipulation and charts.
Later, this course will help you perform analysis on the data in Excel using Macros. Doing this manually consumes a lot of time and is prone to errors. Macros are coded in Excel VBA, an easy to learn language. Learning Excel VBA will help you explore not just macros but additional functions.
No programming knowledge is required to attend this course. All online classes will be direct and directly beneficial in your real life situations. The course also includes extensive literature like e-books, recorded tapes and videos to reinforce the learning experience. Creative, fun, and didactic examples will be given on each of the following topics and participating candidates will be asked to contribute with real-life examples from their work.
The course has already been proven to help high school and college students, as well as professionals who are now using Excel and Excel VBA in their work.
Course will be conducted by father-son duo, who together have worked for over 20 years in applying these concepts to solve problems in Civil and Structural Engineering and Biomedical Sciences.
By the end of this course you will:
- Increase your speed and efficiency in completing a job that requires the use of Excel
- Gain confidence in designing spread-sheets and macros to solve real-life problems
During weekdays, course instructors will only respond to emails within 2 working days.
Not all questions will be given a direct answer in order to motivate the student to think outside the box! However, help would be available if you are stuck.
