This is probably more truer in standardized exams like CAT, SAT, GRE and GMAT. Strong vocabulary helps you with Reading Comprehension, Analytical Writing, Sentence Completion and Logical Reasoning in these exams. This course is a graded and structured vocabulary building course for the learners to match the words with their meanings. In this course, an elaborate list of important words in English language have been complied in PowerPoint Presentations. There are 10 sets of 25 words each with appropriate situational usage. You have to match the words with their meanings and the answer is given at the end of each set. To enable the learners to use these words in sentences, context is provided in fill in the blanks form. Again, answer key is given at the end of 25 sentences. Each set is a graded and the difficulty level increases with each set. Thus, you will get to know/ check vocabulary and the usage of 250 words. This will be very useful for those who are preparing for competitive exams in English and also for those who want to speak or write effective English. As these words are used in contexts, you will remember their meanings for a long time.
