The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program is a graduate level self study program offered by the CFA Institute to investment and financial professionals. After successful completion of this program you will be awarded a "CFA charter" making you a "CFA charterholder." This crash course offers a quick revision of the 10 modules of the CFA Level 1 exam. You don’t need to enroll for the entire course. You can sign up for any module that you wish to revise. The sessions will include thorough revision of the content with emphasis on most important topics from the exam’s perspective.
Module 2 deals with Ethical and Professional Standards required to be studied in Chartered Financial Analyst program. Code of ethics, professional standards and GIPS are the areas this course will be focusing on. Around 15% exam focuses on ethics. So, this topic becomes relevance for your overall passing marks. Professional standards includes professional conduct, knowledge of law, independence and objectivity. Umesh holds MBA in Finance from Simon Business School, University of Rochester, New York. Umesh holds following Certifications:
