Six Sigma Green Belt Team Members are selected to serve on project executions based on their training and "subject matter expertise". Six Sigma Green Belt Team Members serve under the direction and guidance of the Black Belt or Green Belt Project Manager during the execution of the detailed DMAIC project phases.

This Six Sigma Green Belt Team Member Module - 25 Stakeholder Analysis will cover the following:
- Define Meaning of Stakeholder Analysis.
- Define “Who” key stakeholders within your execution arena are.
- Discuss the importance of discovering factors which affect Stakeholders.
- Discuss importance of gaining adequate Stakeholder Analysis discrimination power regarding desired changes.
- Discuss need to Market a Change Implementation with Key Stakeholders.

About the teacher:
Dr. Charles Wilson, Ph. D. is President/CEO of Lakota Training and Development. He owns and LTD Publishing and Six Sigma Doctor.
