About the instructor:
Course instructor, Duaa Muraad is a very successful Freelance Trainer who has worked and trained people in this industry from last 17 years. She has diversified experience in spearheading initiatives in Customer Service Management, Vertical Vocational Training, Coaching, change management, project management, business development and business optimization within the banking and real estate sectors. She has been given scholarships in almost all aspects of service and relationship management, BPR, project turnaround, PLC management and mentoring which enabled her to establish strategic relationships to enhance profitability at all organizations she worked for during her employment career. She is Bachelors in Arts from Humberside University, United Kingdom and was the Highest Sales Achiever in the year 2007, CBD issue. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification. Duaa Muarad is curenly based in Dubai, UAE.
