Projects are at the heart of an organizations Six Sigma deployment process. The project executions maybe led by a Green Belt or Black Belt. The project executions, investigations, measurements, and solutions developments will be undertaken by the team members.
Yellow Belts are trained, and maintain a general knowledge of LSS and can help identify processes within their organization that need improvement. Yellow Belts can serve as team members on Green Belt projects, and may be ideal candidates to become Green Belts and Black Belts, and as well they are a potential source of project ideas.
The aim of this Six Sigma Yellow Belt program is to provide “be able to do skills” to improve understanding and awareness to serve as team members on the project execution processes lead by a Six Sigma Green Belt project manager.
Trained Six Sigma Yellow Belts can lead individual or less technical LSS or continuous improvement project executions.
Six Sigma Yellow Belts will become effective team members faster which will result in improved effective and efficient performance and reduced timescales for your Six Sigma projects.
