Course Description
Language of Instruction:English|Category: Neuroscience: Grad/Post-Grad
Discover the mystery behind the working of our nervous system from an expert teacher and get a tremendous advantage over just learning from “teachers” who have just read or studied a particular subject!
Most middle school and high school classes are taught by “teachers” and not experts in a particular scientific discipline. Introduction to Neuroscience is taught by the expert in this field of study.
This course is intended for high school students who have an interest in learning about the brain and nervous system. The objective is to provide students with a basic, fundamental understanding in the field of Neuroscience. It covers fundamental concepts in a way that will pique student’s interest and help them. This course will be taught by Dr. Jennifer Wilson who is an expert Neuroscientist. This course will set the foundations to understand the exciting area of Neuroscience.
Develop the basic foundation for understanding how the brain works with Introduction to Neuroscience
The teacher will investigate specific questions about the nervous system. The course will cover fundamental concepts including development of the brain, neurons and basic Neuroanatomy. Dr. Wilson will also discuss ways in which scientists study the brain. Enroll in this course on Neuroscience to study from the expert in this field.
Why should you enroll in this course:
- The course will enable you to get a first hand knowledge about neuroscience (how your brain works) from an expert Neuroscientist
- The course is prepared to make you understand how people or animals process external cues, and enable you to see how scientists research the brain
- You will also be well prepared for the end of the year exams and score well on them
