This course is designed to help you learn how Amadeus, the world’s latest & widely used Global Distribution System (GDS) for making instant Reservations, Fare Pricing and eTicketing works. This course would be beneficial for you if you are looking to work in the Travel & Airline Industry as "Reservations & eTicketing Agents".
The course is prepared by an expert trainer - Amar Kewlani, who has more than 15 years of practical experience in Travel Agencies and Airlines across India.

Course 1 is divided into 6 Parts. This is Part 1. The following topics will be covered in this course:
- How to Sign In
- How to Sign Out
- Know Different Agent Work Areas
- Moving between Work Areas
- Knowing in which Work Area the agent is currently active
- Learning how to Encode and Decode codes of Cities | Airports | Airlines | Countries | Currencies |Types of Commercial Aircrafts | Commercial Aircraft Manufacturers as assigned by IATA in association with ISO
- How to open and close a PNR
- Various ways to Open or Retrieve a PNR in Work Area
- Learning of various fields and elements of a PNR and how to display them in active work area the agent is signed into
After completion of all the 6 parts in course, you can attempt the Final Exam and obtain Multiwings Certificate of Course Completion!
Note: Course 1 comprises of 6 parts. There will also be Course 2 and 3 in this Amadeus series. After completing all the 3 courses, the students can further attempt the IATA UFTAA Advanced GDS Fares & Ticketing Course by enrolling directly with IATA or through one of its Authorised Training Center (ATC) near their vicinity and from their respective locations. These three courses will lay a solid foundation for preparation of the same.
