Prepare for SAT Reasoning Test - Critical Reading & Writing

SAT Reasoning Test (formerly known as Scholastic Aptitude Test or Scholastic Assessment Test) is used by colleges across United States to assess high school students for higher education. This course lets you to pass the SAT exam confidently with good scores. A good score in SAT along with a good academic record opens the doors to a good college. Critical Reading (formerly Verbal section) of SAT is an important part of this test and often decides the difference between a good and not-so-good score. This course helps you prepare for SAT Critical Reading. Jyoti Phadke Risbud will cover the following aspects with you :

• Preparation for SAT test—before and during the test
• Detailed explanation and tests on: Sentence completion, passage-based reading, identifying sentence errors, improving sentences, feedback on the tests taken

Course Outline:

There are two sections of the syllabus:

1) Critical Reading (67 Multiple Choice Questions; Time allotted-70 minutes)

a) Sentence completion
b) Passage-based reading

2) Writing (49 Multiple Choice Questions +essay; Time allotted—60 minutes)

a) Identifying sentence errors
b) Improving sentences

About the teacher:

Jyoti Phadke Risbud is a B.com., B.Ed., M.Ed., and she also holds a PG diploma in Counseling. She is a soft skills trainer who has worked for 7 years as a student counselor. Jyoti Risbud also holds 17 years of teaching experience (English and social-science).
