Dr. Carlos Alvarado, a co-founder of The AZIRE (The Alvarado Zingrone Institute for Research and Education), presented a talk on the mediumship of Eusapia Palladino, on the impact of her mediumship on the history of psychical research, and on the importance of modern day research into mediumship. Dr. Alvarado is research psychologist with a particular interest in the psychological correlates of psychic experience, the histories of psychical research and parapsychology, and out-of-body and near-death experiences. The lecture is about 60 minutes followed by 30 minutes of open discussion.
