I've presented three papers in the National Conferences and two papers in the International Conferences organised by various colleges in all over Tmail Nadu. I've conducted workshop in the Sixth International conference - ICEG 2010. I've attended workshop on soft skills conducted by Vellammal Engineering College, madhurai. I've participated in the Soft Skill training conducted by Cognizant and Infosys. I've given Guest Lecture to the students about Soft Skills of Karur Government Arts College.
