Bryon W. Gross primarily practices in the areas of Federal and Civil Litigation, white collar criminal defense, business litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to forming his own law firm in 2004, Bryon was an Associate at an upstate New York law firm. Before that time, he was with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Bryon is very active with the American Red Cross as an Instructor as well as a volunteer with the Disaster Action Team (D.A.T.)

Bryon has made appearances on Western New York area TV and news radio programs addressing a variety of civil litigation cases.

Bryon also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for a Not-for-Profit entity serving developmentally disabled individuals.
