L. Jasmine Harris, CLC, ADAC Ms. Harris has worked in the people-helping field for over 17 years in a variety of capacities, serving hundreds of individuals and groups. She has over 2,000 coaching and counseling hours in her career. She is a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor. She's currently completing the requirements necessary for ICF certification as a PCC. Ms. Harris is a member of, and abides by the Code of Ethics and Standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Jasmine has a unique understanding of the life challenges that people face every day. For nearly two decades, she’s served the formerly incarcerated, those with physical and developmental disabilities, the homeless and the disenfranchised. She assists individuals with the range of life challenges by providing coaching, support and resource identification. She works with people to help them identify areas of concern and make course corrections by coaching on; values clarification, visioning, goal-setting, identification of one’s barriers, relapse prevention, self-esteem and self-concept, using a variety of cutting-edge self-discovery techniques. Additionally, she assists dozens of people with finding meaningful employment through employability skills workshops and one-on-one coaching. Jasmine’s work is based on one overriding philosophy; the Universe designed this reality so that everyone might reach his or her full potential as a Divine Being; it is our birthright and our destiny.
