Aug 2010 - Jun 2012- Worked on the Avaya Interaction Center, a software platform for enterprise class management of multimedia communications: voice, video, email, web chat, and IP telephony
- My work typically involved testing and debugging the software on the Business Advocate component, that uses adaptive and predictive algorithms for routing calls to agents.
- I also developed a few automation tools in VB and Java for speeding up routine work.
