Participated in the development of educational programming in order to meet students' needs and interests by helping to identify, encourage, and develop leadership among students. I was lead teacher on several occasions throughout the first year the school?s principal was out of the building. I was the fifth grade chairperson in charge of developing professional development workshops for the fifth grade team. Designed several concepts for creative and critical thinking centers for students.
