Andrea is quick to tackle challenges and does so with sparkle and vivacity. When her two young sons began showing autistic tendencies, she met the challenge with energy and resourcefulness. She refused to accept the diagnosis as a final conclusion and instead sought natural ways to nurture her children.

Her efforts brought Andrea and her family on a healing journey steeped in the foundations of nutrition. She applied key integrative nutritional principles to her family life and found that she not only improved her sons’ well-being, she also increased her own energy levels. Her new connection to nourishment in turn strengthened her marriage and her family life.

Andrea has been helping others successfully pursue their goals for over a decade. Drawing upon her degree in psychology, she began her coaching efforts in the field of human resources where she worked to help others recognize and meet their professional goals.

A natural “people” person, Andrea’s work gradually blossomed into helping others achieve wellness through integrative, holistic means. She soon achieved a Certificate in Health Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, a program certified through Columbia University’s Teacher’s Program and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Though she is a New Englander at heart, Andrea has traveled far and wide across the United States and around the world. She can recount riveting adventures that range from the highways of Alaska to the mountaintops of Nepal and brings this spirit of fun and adventure to all her programs.
